Security Architecture
Encryption & Transmission
Data is protected at rest using 256-bit AES encryption and in transit via secure TLS protocols. We implement rigorous access controls and conduct thorough code reviews to prevent vulnerabilities.
Infrastructure
We rely on trusted, certified cloud providers to host our services. Our architecture includes carefully selected subprocessors and comprehensive user activity logs for full auditability.
Account Security
Your account is shielded with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). We enforce strict data minimization principles, ensuring we only process data necessary for the service.
Data Retention & Lifecycle
We retain processed data for a maximum of 90 days. During this period, emails are deduplicated and available for retrieval via API. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted from our servers.
Enterprise clients can configure custom data retention periods to align with internal compliance requirements.
You retain full ownership of your data. We support your right to access, correct, export, or request the immediate deletion of your data at any time.

We offer a comprehensive Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to all customers, defining our responsibilities as a data processor under GDPR Article 28.
