Capturing auto-replies is straightforward. We recommend setting up a dedicated “Reply-To” address (e.g., autoreply@yourdomain.com) for your campaigns. This separate inbox will automatically collect all out-of-office messages, keeping your personal inbox clean while Role Relay works in the background.
However, the platforms listed below use a Precedence: Bulk header that prevents receiving servers from generating auto-replies at all. To ensure your dedicated inbox actually receives data, you simply need to disable this header (a quick, one-time setting):
